One of the first things Yujen and Lily worked on (with some help from Noah Flemens) was setting up a higher-capacity ultrasonic nebulizer to produce indigo thin film samples from synthetic indigo suspended in organic solvent. This setup uses an automatic feed mechanism together with an ultrasonic nozzle and pressurized gas assist — it has been the workhorse setup for making all the samples we have tested so far.
